ある時は、スウェーデントーチの火を囲んでみたり、またある時はバイクのメンテナンス講座が開かれていたり、またある時はアメリカの救急車が止まっていたり。

とにかくいろんな人が集まって、バイク業界や噂のバイクの裏話まで聞けるこの場所でモーターライフカルチャーが育まれている。

「ここは何屋さんですか？」

その質問に答えるのはちょっと難しい。

レストアが予定されているバイクも数台あるが販売されるのかは不明。行き場を失った朽ち果てたKawasaki Z2が流れ着いたこともあった。一体どうしようと言うのか？

「ZはどうなってもZだよ。このボロボロのZでも気がついたらほら、何時間でも話してるからさ」

バイク屋さんとも言えるが、単にバイクが買える場所とも違う。言うなれば、ライダーが繋がれる出会いの場所とも言える。

年齢も地位も関係なくフラットな人間関係がそこにはある。

茅ヶ崎のこの場所で、ライダーたちが楽しげにしている風景を見かけたら勇気を出して立ち寄ってみるといい。

遠目には内輪の会に見えるが、通りすがりの飛び込みも頻繁にある。

こうして、この場所ではたくさんの出会いが生まれている。どんな出会いがあるだろうか？
